Can be solved with this:
Go to start right click the command prompt as Run as administrator and tried to registered the dll.

Step 1: Press the "Windows" button aka the "Windows Orb" - This brings up your Windows 8 "Metro Start Menu"
Step 2: Just begin typing "Control Panel"
This will bring up a selection for the control panel, scroll over and open the control panel.
You should now be at your desktop with your control panel open
Step 3: Select "Power Options" under Control Panel
You are now in the power options screen and what is selected by default is the "Balanced" power plan, this is good, leave it.
Step 4: Click on "Change Plan Settings" on by the Balanced Plan.
Now you are in the "Edit Plan Settings" Window.
Step 5: Click on "Change Advanced Power Settings"
The window should look like this; this is the important part.
Step 6: Scroll down to "Wireless Adapter Settings" and expand it, and then expand "Power Saving Mode"
You should be good from here but just in case lets make a Step 7!
Step 7: Click on the "On battery" and "Plugged in" drop downs and select "Maximum Performance" for both.
This will stop your WiFi adapter from turning off when you are on battery power.
Step 8: Due Process - Disconnect from the wireless network wait 30 seconds, and reconnect to the wireless network. Or you can just reboot.

To resolve this, download AutoRuns and save it to your Desktop.
An alternate method to resolve this issue is:
1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools.
2. Open Task Scheduler and click on Task Scheduler Library.
3. Look through the list for an entry related to BackgroundContainer.
4. If found, right-click on it and select Delete.
5. Exit all programs and reboot the computer when done.
To resolve this, download AutoRuns and save it to your Desktop.
- Create a new folder on your hard drive called AutoRuns (C:\AutoRuns) and extract (unzip) the file there.
- Open the folder and double-click on autoruns.exe to launch it.
- Vista/Windows 7/8 users right-click and select Run As Administrator.
- Please be patient as it scans and populates the entries.
- When finished scanning, it will say Ready at the at the bottom and list all entries under theEverything tab.
- In the top menu, click File > Find... and type the file name (backgroundcontainer.dll) related to the error message, then click Find Next.
- Alternatively, you can scroll through the list and look for any entry related to backgroundcontainer.dll and conduit.
- If found, right-click on the entry and choose delete.
- Exit Autoruns and reboot your computer when done.
